Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit OrlandoDry.com or contact us about the domain.
Who is responsible
eLand, Lda manages this website and the personal information received through its inquiry service.
Rua Carlos Charbel, 39A, Loja, Cacem, Portugal.
For questions or privacy requests, use the privacy request form or the email contact in Website management and contact. You may contact us by email or post without accepting website terms or using the form.
Information we receive
The contact form requires your email address and message. For acquisition inquiries, it also requires your offer amount in US dollars (USD), with a minimum of US$1,000. Privacy requests do not require an offer. Your name, company or website, and intended use of the domain are optional. We also receive the confirmation that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. Without the required fields, the form cannot submit your inquiry.
Correspondence may include information you choose to provide during subsequent discussions. Please do not send payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Our hosting and email services also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as network addresses, request times, browser information, delivery records, and security events.
Why we use information
- To respond to acquisition inquiries and discuss a possible sale: processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. When you act for a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling relevant business correspondence.
- To operate and protect the website and email service: we rely on our legitimate interest in reliable delivery, preventing abuse, and maintaining security.
- To handle privacy requests and other legal obligations: processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
- To retain necessary transaction records or address a legal claim: we rely on applicable legal obligations or our legitimate interest in establishing, exercising, or defending legal rights.
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. The required acknowledgement is not used as consent to advertising or unrelated processing. We do not use this website for profiling or decisions based solely on automated processing.
Who receives information
Information is available to the people managing inquiries and to service providers needed to host the website and deliver email. The website uses Netlify for hosting; submitted messages are delivered through our email service to the inquiry mailbox. The site does not maintain a separate contact-submission database.
Information may also be shared with professional advisers or competent authorities where necessary for a transaction, a legal obligation, or a legal claim. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.
International processing
Hosting and email infrastructure may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers are subject to applicable data protection requirements.
Netlify describes its transfer arrangements, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses, in its Data Processing Agreement. You can contact us to request information about the safeguards relevant to your data or a copy of the applicable safeguards.
How long information is kept
Inquiries that do not lead to a completed sale are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, then deleted. If a sale is completed, relevant correspondence and contractual or accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable law and, where necessary, to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Records of privacy requests are kept for the time needed to respond and demonstrate compliance with our obligations. Technical security records are kept for the period needed to investigate incidents and protect the service. Copies in service-provider backups remain subject to their backup deletion cycles and any applicable legal preservation requirements.

Your rights
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity when needed.
We respond to privacy requests within one month of receipt. Where the law permits an extension because of the complexity or number of requests, we will explain the reason within that month. Requests are normally free of charge.
You may complain to Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), or another competent supervisory authority. You do not have to contact us first.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services or handling of personal information change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
